Manus ARR Hit $100M in 8 months
Dec 17, 2025
Manus is a general-purpose AI agent platform designed to move human–AI interaction beyond simple Q&A and into real task delegation. Launched less than a year ago, Manus allows users to describe complex goals in natural language and have AI agents plan, execute, and iterate on those tasks autonomously.
This positions Manus as one of the earliest and most visible players in the emerging AI agent category, which is increasingly viewed as the next major shift after chat-based AI.
At its core, Manus focuses on solving the problem of end-to-end task execution. Instead of responding with isolated answers, Manus agents can conduct multi-step research, spin up virtual environments, run tools, generate outputs, and refine results with minimal human intervention.
Key capabilities include large-scale agent context engineering, long-horizon task handling, Wide Research workflows, and even building mobile applications directly from natural language instructions. These features make Manus especially attractive to power users, developers, researchers, and teams looking to offload real work—not just prompts—to AI.
From a company metrics standpoint, Manus has reached a major milestone: over $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) just eight months after launch, with a total annualized revenue run rate exceeding $125M when usage-based revenue is included.
Since the release of Manus 1.5, the product has sustained 20%+ month-over-month compound growth. The platform has processed 147+ trillion tokens and created 80+ million virtual machine instances to date. Prior to launch, Manus raised $75M, led by Benchmark, and now operates with a global team of 105 employees across Singapore, Tokyo, and San Francisco, with expansion plans underway in Paris.
