Notion ARR Hit $600M
Dec 16, 2025
Notion, the all-in-one AI-enhanced productivity workspace used by teams and individuals around the world, has achieved an estimated annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $600 million, driven by accelerated enterprise adoption and strategic integration of AI features into its core product. Half of which is coming from its artificial intelligence products, and is cash flow positive.
Notion’s core platform combines notes, documents, databases, project boards, and customizable workflows into a unified workspace that is highly adaptable for both individual use and large team collaboration.
Recent enhancements—including customizable AI agents and generative AI tools capable of automating routine documentation and workflow tasks—have significantly increased user engagement and ARPU, especially in enterprise tiers.
These AI capabilities help teams generate content, streamline research, and automate complex processes directly within Notion, addressing productivity bottlenecks and reducing reliance on multiple fragmented tools.
On the company side, Notion has raised over $340 million in total funding and maintains a valuation above $10 billion, with discussions underway that could push the valuation toward $12 billion via employee share sales and liquidity events.
