Carta ARR Hit $500M
Dec 31, 2025
Carta, a leading fintech platform that digitizes equity management and private market solutions for startups, private companies, and investors, announced that it crossed $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2025, marking a key inflection point in its growth trajectory.
The milestone was shared by CEO Henry Ward on LinkedIn, highlighting that the company not only expanded its recurring revenue base but also accelerated overall growth, generated significantly more cash than the prior year, and executed strategic acquisitions to enhance its offerings.
The core product suite of Carta centers on cap table management, valuations, fund administration, and private market workflows, replacing manual spreadsheets with real-time digital infrastructure used by tens of thousands of companies to manage ownership, equity, and investor relations.
While originally focused on startup cap tables, Carta has broadened its platform into areas such as ERPs, private equity, private credit, and LP services, leveraging automation and AI to unlock new workflows and customer experiences across diverse segments of the private markets ecosystem.
In addition to the ARR achievement, Carta has raised significant capital over the years—most notably a $500 million Series G round that valued the company at about $7.4 billion—and serves a large and growing customer base with innovative products that span cap table, fund, and liquidity solutions.
Its expansion beyond traditional equity management and ongoing investments in new product areas underscore its ambition to become a foundational platform for private and hybrid financial infrastructure.
