n8n ARR Hits $40M

Jul 28, 2025

n8n, the Berlin-based workflow automation platform that layers AI onto low-code automation, has reached roughly $40 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as it explores a fresh funding round at a potential valuation north of $1.5 billion.

Built to help teams automate recurring tasks and connect apps with flexible, code-friendly workflows, n8n appeals to engineering and product teams who need powerful integrations without the lock-in of closed SaaS connectors. SEO keywords: n8n, workflow automation, AI automation, low-code automation, ARR.

The product combines a visual flow builder with extensible nodes and programmatic hooks so users can orchestrate data across systems, automate business processes, and inject AI for smarter decision steps.

That combination solves the common problems of brittle point-to-point integrations, slow developer turnaround for internal automations, and the high cost of proprietary integration platforms — enabling faster time-to-value for automation projects and better operational efficiency at scale.

On company metrics, n8n reported ~230,000 active users and a fivefold ARR increase year-over-year ahead of its March Series B (a €55m round led by Highland Europe). People familiar with current talks say the startup could raise $100M+ in the new round and is conversing with investors at the multibillion valuation tier after its prior €300m price mark.

Backers to date include Highland Europe, Sequoia, HV Capital, Felicis, Firstminute and Runa Capital, and customers include Delivery Hero and StepStone — signaling strong enterprise adoption as n8n positions itself among Europe’s fast-growing AI & automation companies.
