Glean ARR Hit $200M
Dec 9, 2025
Glean — the enterprise Work-AI platform that helps organizations harness AI to understand internal knowledge, automate workflows, and deliver context-aware assistance — has officially surpassed $200 million ARR as of December 2025, doubling from $100 M just nine months earlier. This rapid growth places Glean among the fastest-scaling pure-play enterprise-AI companies of the decade, signaling strong and accelerating enterprise adoption globally.
Glean solves the problem of fragmented information and inefficient workflows inside large organizations by unifying access to corporate knowledge and surfacing it through AI-powered search and agents.
Its platform supports secure, permissions-aware retrieval across company data, then layers on generative AI — including its AI Assistant and newly launched “Glean Agents” — to enable not just search but actionable automation: employees can ask natural-language questions, generate content, and run multi-step workflows grounded in enterprise context.
Daily usage patterns reflect deep engagement: average users run ~5 queries/day with a weekday DAU/MAU ratio near 40%, on par with consumer-grade products, demonstrating that Glean is being used habitually as a core productivity tool.
On the funding and company side, Glean recently raised $150 million in a Series F round, pushing its valuation to $7.2 billion, up from a prior valuation of $4.6 billion just months earlier. The fresh capital is earmarked for product innovation, global expansion, and scaling its partner ecosystem — a sign that investors are backing Glean’s long-term vision to make Work-AI ubiquitous across enterprises.
