Fullscript ARR Hits $1B

Sep 7, 2025

Fullscript, a leading healthcare platform empowering “whole person care,” has achieved an impressive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $1 billion, with the milestone confirmed in August 2025 as part of its announcement joining the Ruby on Rails Foundation.

Founded in 2011, Fullscript enables over 100,000 healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans to more than 10 million patients, offering seamless access to supplements, lab tools, and adherence features through a robust clinical toolkit built entirely on Rails.

Fullscript’s core product tackles the problem of fragmented wellness care by integrating e-commerce for practitioner-grade supplements, lab test ordering, patient adherence tracking, and clinical protocol management—all in one scalable platform.

The company’s evolution from a Rails 3.2 monolith to a Rails 7.2-based system with over 1.6 million lines of Ruby, leveraging GraphQL, REST APIs, and multi-database orchestration, showcases its technical maturity and performance across tens of millions of interactions.

On the business and financial side, Fullscript has raised a total of $265 million in funding across three rounds, including a landmark $240 million private equity growth investment in November 2021 from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, and a more recent financing in May 2025 led by Leonard Green & Partners.

The company has grown from approximately $81.7 million in revenue in 2023 (with spectacular ~303% YoY growth)  to becoming a billion-dollar business today. According to Dealroom, Fullscript’s enterprise value now ranges between $960 million to $1.4 billion.
