Egnyte ARR Hits $300M

Aug 8, 2025

Egnyte has reached an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $300M, marking a major milestone for the hybrid cloud content platform as it scales enterprise file sharing, data governance, and collaboration for customers across SMB and large enterprise segments.

With a clear multi-year plan to grow ARR to $500M, Egnyte is actively building out its revenue engine to support diverse go-to-market motions—including self-service, vertical GTMs, direct sales, and partner channels—so it can serve everything from sub-$10K SMB transactions to $1M+ enterprise deals.

Egnyte’s product suite solves the complex problem of secure, scalable content access and governance across distributed teams and hybrid infrastructures.

The platform’s value proposition is its ability to adapt workflows and entitlements across wildly different deal sizes and procurement processes: lightweight onboarding and frictionless self-service for SMBs, while offering robust controls, CPQ-driven quoting, and compliance features required by enterprise and government customers.

Operationally, Egnyte emphasizes advanced Salesforce + CPQ automation, territory and quota design, and forecasting discipline to keep deal cycles predictable as sales motions multiply.
