In a fresh $350 million funding round, AI-powered financial search platform AlphaSense has reached a $7.5 billion valuation—nearly doubling its $4 billion mark from 2024.

The round drew heavyweights like Vitruvian Partners, Accenture’s venture arm, JPMorgan Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and D.E. Shaw Ventures.

Alongside the funding, a new partnership with Accenture will bring AlphaSense's AI capabilities to more corporate clients.

CEO Jack Kokko revealed that annual recurring revenue (ARR) recently topped $600 million, up from $500 million last fall.

While an IPO remains on the horizon—supported by the recent hiring of CFO Samantha Greenberg—no firm timeline is set. The company was co-founded in 2011 by Kokko and CTO Raj Neervannan.
