Usercentrics ARR Hits €100M (~$117M)

Oct 17, 2025

Usercentrics, the Munich-based SaaS provider of consent and privacy management tools, has recently surpassed €100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) (approximately $117 million USD) as of August 2025.

The company is growing at ~45% year-over-year, positioning itself as a leading player in the emerging “Privacy-Led Marketing” category.

Usercentrics provides a consent management platform (CMP) that enables organizations to collect, document, and enforce user consents across websites, apps, IoT, and AI interfaces, ensuring compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Companies also use it to power “privacy as trust” strategies, leveraging consented data for marketing activation.  As part of its product roadmap, Usercentrics is expanding into server-side tagging (SST) and data activation tools that allow brands to measure performance from permissioned audiences.

On the corporate side, Usercentrics has processed over 7 billion consents per month across 2.3 million websites/apps globally.  Its funding history includes a €17M Series B in 2020 led by Full In Partners, with earlier rounds including a Series A in 2019.

According to CB Insights / financing databases, it has raised $41.87M across 6 rounds as of late 2024.  The company is now considered among the elite set of “centaur” SaaS firms (i.e. private firms hitting €100M+ ARR).
