Sierra ARR Hit $100M

Nov 22, 2025

Sierra, the AI-powered conversational agent platform co-founded by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor, has officially reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), just seven quarters after its public launch in February 2024.  This rapid growth makes Sierra one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI software companies in history.

Sierra’s product specializes in intelligent AI agents for customer support, built for highly regulated and complex enterprise environments. These agents operate across multiple channels—voice, chat, email, WhatsApp—and support over 34 languages.

Sierra’s “Agent Data Platform” empowers these agents with memory and intelligence, enabling them to move beyond simple support to loyalty, retention, and even sales outcomes.  Their architecture supports outcome-based pricing, aligning Sierra’s business with customer success in a way that scales naturally as interactions deepen.

On the company front, Sierra has raised $350 million in its latest round, valuing the company at $10 billion, led by Greenoaks Capital.  Previously, it raised $175 million in 2024.  According to its blog, Sierra’s clients include heavyweights like SoFi, Wayfair, Rivian, Discord, Cigna, and Rocket Mortgage, among others.
