Replit ARR nearing $250M

Oct 21, 2025

Replit, the AI-powered browser-based development platform, has achieved a remarkable annual recurring revenue (ARR) of around $150 million as of mid-2025. Now, it has surpassed $240M ARR and is nearing $250M.

Replit’s core product is a cloud-based development environment combined with an AI agent (Replit Agent) that enables users—from solo coders to enterprise teams—to build and deploy full applications via natural-language prompts.

The platform addresses the pain point of lengthy setup, complex tooling, and developer bottlenecks by allowing instant access to development infrastructure, AI-assisted coding, debugging, and deployment from a browser. With more than 40 million users and over 150,000 paying customers, including enterprise clients such as Duolingo and Zillow, Replit is capitalising on the new “vibe coding” era—where code is produced, tested, and shipped faster than ever.

On the company front, Replit has raised over $250 million in its latest round (2025), bringing total funding to more than $400 million and setting the valuation at approximately $3 billion

Growth metrics show dramatic scale: ARR grew from under $10 million to over $100 million in just 8 months post-AI agent launch, representing one of the fastest growth trajectories in SaaS history.  The company also reports enterprise deal gross margins around 80% versus overall margin near 23%, highlighting the profitability potential of its business-client base.
