Micro1 ARR Hits $100M

Dec 5, 2025

Micro1 — a fast-rising startup supplying human-curated training data and evaluation services for AI labs — has officially crossed an annual recurring revenue (ARR) milestone of $100 million as of December 2025.  This marks a dramatic jump from the roughly $7 million ARR reported at the start of 2025, underscoring an unusually steep growth trajectory driven by surging demand for expert human feedback in large-scale AI projects.

Micro1 offers a comprehensive “human-data engine” that helps AI labs and enterprises source, vet, and manage domain-expert human annotators and evaluators for training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation of large language models or other AI systems. Its proprietary talent-recruitment and vetting platform — including a tool called ZaraAI — enables rapid matching of top-tier experts (from technical fields and beyond) to highly specialized data-training tasks. This allows AI labs to outsource complex, high-quality annotation and evaluation workflows at scale — solving a central bottleneck in building reliable, production-ready AI models.

On the corporate side, Micro1 recently raised $35 million in a Series A round at a $500 million valuation, providing the capital to expand its talent pool and operational capacity.  With the ARR increase from $7 M to $100 M within a year, Micro1 demonstrates highly efficient scaling — placing it among the top-growth human-in-the-loop data providers in the AI ecosystem. The company claims partnerships with leading AI labs and major enterprises (including some Fortune 100s), positioning itself to capture a growing portion of demand as organizations increasingly rely on human-verified data for training and evaluating advanced AI systems.
