Fullscript has raised a total of $265 million in funding across three rounds, including a landmark $240 million private equity growth investment in November 2021 from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, and a more recent financing in May 2025 led by Leonard Green & Partners.
The company has grown from approximately $81.7 million in revenue in 2023 (with spectacular ~303% YoY growth)  to becoming a billion-dollar business today. According to Dealroom, Fullscript’s enterprise value now ranges between $960 million to $1.4 billion.
