Cribl ARR Hit $300M

Feb 14, 2026

Cribl is a leading enterprise telemetry data platform designed to help IT and security teams collect, process, route, and analyze massive volumes of digital exhaust such as logs, metrics, traces, and other observability data.

The company’s products — including Cribl Stream, Cribl Edge, Cribl Search, and Cribl Lake/Lakehouse — provide a vendor-agnostic architecture that reduces dependency on legacy siloed systems and enables enterprises to modernize observability and security infrastructure for the AI era. Its solutions are widely adopted across global enterprises, with roughly 50% of Fortune 100 and 35% of Fortune 500 companies now using its platform, and Cribl has scaled to more than 1,000 employees worldwide.

Cribl’s core offerings solve key problems around data velocity, cost, and complexity by enabling customers to streamline telemetry data pipelines in hybrid and cloud environments, significantly cutting costs associated with legacy vendors while improving operational insight and decision-making.

The platform provides intelligent routing, vendor-neutral ingestion, schema-agnostic processing, and efficient storage, enabling teams to reduce data platform costs and unlock real-time visibility into critical systems. This value proposition, combined with growing enterprise demand for AI-ready data infrastructure, has driven strong customer expansion.

Financially, Cribl announced it has now surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as of 2025, up from $200 million in December 2024, representing robust growth driven by multi-product adoption and cloud usage. ARR growth exceeded 40 % year-over-year, with cloud offerings contributing over $130 million of that revenue base.

The company’s customer base has grown more than 25 % YoY, and the number of customers spending $500K+ in ARR increased by over 50 %. Cribl has also strengthened its executive and board lineup to support future scale and deepened strategic partnerships with major cloud and security vendors.
