Cloudflare ARR hit $1B

Cloudflare is one of the world’s largest networks, providing a suite of services designed to make websites, applications, and networks faster, more secure, and more reliable.

It operates as a global connectivity cloud, connecting and protecting millions of customers—including businesses, non-profits, bloggers, and anyone with an Internet presence—by offering unified networking, security, and developer services.

Cloudflare powers Internet requests for millions of websites, handling approximately 78 million HTTP requests per second on average. It proxies about 20% of the web and blocks roughly 247 billion threats daily. As of January 2025, about 19.3% of all websites use Cloudflare for web security services. It reached $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2025.
