Runable, an Indian AI startup founded in 2025, reported achieving a $2 million annualized revenue run rate within just three weeks of launching payments in March.
This rapid growth was fueled by their pivot to an AI agent targeting small businesses for customer acquisition, advertising, and growth optimization.
The platform currently boasts 1.7 million registered users, with its largest markets being the U.S., U.K., and Japan. Approximately 60-70% of its trillion token usage over the past 90 days comes from paying customers.
Despite operating with negative gross margins due to subsidized AI costs, the company expects to improve its unit economics as inference costs decrease.
The company recently secured $21 million in Series A funding, bringing its valuation to $65 million. Major investors include Susquehanna Venture Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, Together Fund, and Array VC.
