Mercury is raising a new funding round at a valuation exceeding $5B, up from its $3.5B Series C valuation led by Sequoia about a year prior. The fintech reached $650M in annualized revenue at the end of Q3 2025, up from ~$500M at end of 2024, with customer base growing 40% in 2025 and GAAP profitability achieved.
