San Francisco-based Higgsfield reported an annual revenue run rate (ARR) of $500 million, up from $50 million in September, marking a tenfold growth.

This rapid escalation is influenced by their focus on simplifying AI-generated video creation for non-technical users and leveraging AI agents.

The company serves 390 Fortune 500 companies, and its commercial advertising accounts for 70% of platform usage. Higgsfield became cash-flow positive in May 2023, distinguishing itself in the AI industry.

The company has raised $150M in funding from Accel and Menlo Ventures, achieving a valuation of $1.3B. Looking ahead, Higgsfield aims to reach $1B ARR by the end of the year.
