SpaceX has struck a deal giving it the option to acquire AI coding startup Cursor for $60 billion, or pay $10 billion for a collaborative partnership. Cursor, which hit $100 million in ARR in under two years and was last valued at $29 billion, will gain access to xAI's supercomputing infrastructure to scale its AI models.
