Crustdata has added $2M in ARR with a tweet CEO Chris Pisarski shared in Sep 4: Lessons learned going from $1M to $10M in 18 months.
People are keen to build their own workflows via Claude/Muse/Grokbot instead of buying more tools. Here are some learnings:
1) be part of the workflow - expansion into existing accounts has been a really big driver.
Some companies were using our API/MCP to source candidates via Claude, now they also find their clients and run their whole GTM on our data.
We've been mapping out all these use cases and building a library they can just hand to their agents to figure out every way we/our data can help them.
2) doubling down on AEO, we finally found what really works here and are doing a lot more of it constant experimentation and ideation drives most of it, more "demo-generating" activities instead of building dashboards / tracking the wrong things helped a ton.
We also started doing weekly syncs with other founders to learn/share any lessons (adding a few more ppl, reach out if you want to join our next sync!).
3) enterprises are becoming Claude-pilled we've started seeing a big inbound wave of large enterprise companies that want to build on our data inside Claude.
The adoption of Claude at these companies is exploding and so is the need to help them power all their workflows & replace some of the tools they've been buying.
We're working with almost all of big tech and the top AI labs to help them do that.
