AvePoint reported an impressive $465.1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the latest quarter, reflecting a 27% year-over-year growth in SaaS revenue, alongside a 22% increase in quarterly revenue to $124.5 million.
The company achieved a record $29.9 million in net new ARR and increased its full-year ARR guidance to $522.1–$528.1 million. Central to this growth is AvePoint's Confidence Platform, which addresses critical enterprise requirements around AI-agent governance, data resilience, and security.
The newly launched AgentPulse product has shown notable traction; customers managing an average of over 5,000 agents have been doubling deployments every three months.
AgentPulse deals reportedly carry 2–3 times the average contract value, and the company has seen expanding adoption of its Control packages, leading to early signs of an additional durable software category in the form of enterprise AI-agent governance.
With a net retention rate of 110%, 59% of ARR driven by channel partners, and a trailing 12-month free cash flow exceeding $100 million, AvePoint is positioned as a significant player in addressing risks and opportunities in the growing enterprise AI landscape.
