The company started as a bootstrapped venture, generating $18M in revenue before seeking external funding.

Its last fundraising round raised $50M at a $1.2B valuation when it had $100M ARR. Significant focus has been placed on leveraging AI to customize software for specific industry verticals while maintaining a horizontal approach, enabling businesses such as small medical offices and contractors to use targeted tools.
